Our client is an established global organisation within the electrical and digital building infrastructure sector, providing solutions across commercial, industrial and residential applications.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across SEA, from sourcing and assessment through offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver hiring across commercial, engineering, technical, supply chain, corporate and leadership functions.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, talent mapping and relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Provide stakeholders with market intelligence covering talent availability, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity and hiring trends.
  • Support employer branding and regional talent initiatives, including early-career programmes and broader talent projects.
  • Track recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • 3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally gained within a multinational, industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technology environment.
  • Track record of managing recruitment across multiple SEA markets.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards and other recruitment technology.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across countries and business functions.
  • Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to use recruitment data and market insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Adaptable and self-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving regional environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ATS, HR and AI tools.
  • Travel to the West location of Singapore.
