As part of this journey, they are strengthening their corporate strategy capability within the CEO Office to support business planning, execution and future expansion initiatives.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organisation's strategic priorities.Responsibilities include:Lead annual strategic planning cycles and facilitate quarterly business reviews across the organisationDrive governance and execution tracking of transformation initiatives, ensuring accountability and achievement of strategic objectivesDevelop business cases, market assessments and financial models to support growth initiatives and investment decisionsConduct strategic studies covering market expansion, new business opportunities, partnerships, joint ventures and acquisitionsPrepare executive-level presentations and materials for leadership, strategic review and Board meetingsPartner closely with senior stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, decision-making and implementation of key projectsEstablish best-practice frameworks, processes and performance tracking mechanisms to support sustainable growthThe Successful Applicant8+ years of experience within corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, strategy & operations or related advisory environmentsExperience leading strategic planning, transformation programmes or enterprise-wide initiativesStrong analytical and commercial problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated experience in financial modelling, market assessments and strategic business evaluationExposure to M&A, joint ventures, partnerships or business expansion projects would be advantageousProven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders across multiple functionsStrong project management and execution capabilities with experience driving outcomes in complex organisationsDegree-qualified in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related disciplineWhat's on OfferThis opportunity offers direct exposure to the CEO, senior leadership team and Board members, providing exceptional visibility and career development opportunities.
