Job Description

  • Manage and execute audit processes in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular indirect tax filings (monthly, quarterly, annual) including VAT, FBT, SST, WHT, and BAS.
  • Handle direct tax submissions (half-yearly and annual), including tax estimation filings.
  • Oversee annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) submissions.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of local layer books to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Align account names and postings for consistency across entities.
  • Review reconciliation accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform VAT and WHT reconciliations.
  • Build and standardize audit reports to meet APAC audit requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Associate should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Audit
  • Familiarity with auditing standards, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
