About Our Client

Our client is one of the large retail and grocery organization that operates an extensive network of stores and online platforms, providing a wide range of daily necessities such as fresh food, packaged goods, and household items.

Job Description

  • Support system migration by conducting UAT/testing, validating business-specific logic, and assisting with data extraction, cleansing, and cloud migration.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation to support the transition to a vendor-managed model.
  • Develop SQL queries to generate reports, troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Provide first-line technical support to resolve system issues and data errors for operations and transport teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system changes with operational needs and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Liaise with external vendors and SaaS providers to communicate technical requirements and support delivery.
  • Contribute to full-stack development, including designing, building, testing, deploying applications, managing CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring system performance.



The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant Experience: 2-4 years in logistics technology, transport management systems, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong SQL Skills: Ability to write complex queries, join tables, and extract data for reporting and migration purposes.
  • Cloud & Systems Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud concepts (SaaS, microservices) and experience with TMS platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Development Expertise: Hands-on experience with full-stack development, SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Style & Attitude: Self-driven, collaborative team player with a proactive "can-do" mindset, able to work both independently and cross-functionally.
