This role is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing Cisco and Fortinet network infrastructure across both corporate IT and industrial OT environments, ensuring reliable connectivity, performance, and security. The position also supports network deployments, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects while adhering to ITIL processes and providing on-site support for regional operations.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain Cisco network infrastructure, including Catalyst switches, wireless networks, and Cisco Catalyst Center.
  • Administer and support Fortinet security solutions, including FortiManager, FortiClient EMS, and FortiGate firewalls.
  • Configure and manage VPN connectivity, firewall policies, NAT rules (SNAT/DNAT), security zoning, and High Availability (HA) environments.
  • Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting and root cause analysis using tools such as Wireshark, TCPdump, and iperf
  • Support Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including network deployments, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion.
  • Follow ITIL processes by managing incidents, changes, and documentation through ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and support physical network infrastructure, including copper and fiber cabling, transceivers, and on-site connectivity requirements.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and on-site OT stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations across regional locations



The Successful Applicant

  • Manage and support Cisco network infrastructure, including switches, wireless networks, and Catalyst Center.
  • Administer Fortinet security solutions, firewalls, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Configure and maintain VPNs, firewall policies, NAT rules, security zoning, and High Availability (HA) environments.
  • Perform end-to-end network troubleshooting and packet analysis using tools such as Wireshark and TCPdump.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security using PRTG.
  • Support network deployment, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects across regional sites.
  • Manage incidents and change requests in accordance with ITIL processes using ServiceNow.
  • Maintain network cabling and fiber infrastructure, including copper, fiber connections.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and on-site OT stakeholders to ensure operational reliability.
  • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting at industrial and operational facilities.
