As a Senior HRIS Integration Developer, you will design, develop, test, and support integrations across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow between HR, payroll, and other enterprise systems. You will lead integration delivery from requirements gathering and technical design through deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and release management.

They are investing in modernizing their HR systems landscape and are seeking an experienced HRIS Integration Developer to support and enhance Workday and SAP SuccessFactors integrations across the region.

Job Description

    • Develop and support Workday integrations to ensure accurate HR data exchange.
    • Analyse requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
    • Configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integrations.
    • Monitor interfaces and resolve integration issues.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on integration changes.
    • Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
    • Enhance existing Workday integrations for improved performance.
    • SuccessFactors experience is a plus.



The Successful Applicant

    • At least 5 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
    • Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Reporting, and RaaS.
    • Experience delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects.
    • Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
    • Experience supporting HR, payroll, or HCM integrations.
    • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production support skills.
    • Ability to work with stakeholders and document technical solutions effectively.
    • SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.
    • Exposure to SAP CPI/Integration Suite or multi-country HR environments is advantageous.
