Our client is a listed financial technology company with global operations and strong profitability results.

Job Description

  1. System & Governance Setup: Build and iterate the group Treasury capital management framework; formulate investment strategy, performance benchmark, return target and investment reporting mechanism, drive the implementation of relevant policies.
  2. Market Research & Investment Judgement: Continuously track global macroeconomics, monetary policies, yield curves, credit spreads and foreign exchange fluctuations. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations on investment tenor, instrument selection and asset allocation ratio.
  3. Group Capital Investment Management: Well-versed in USD fixed-income investment products, build and maintain investment portfolios. Develop tenor laddering, diversified allocation and asset rebalancing plans to hit return targets. Monitor cash flow, asset maturity schedule, valuation and risk exposure, covering investment instruments in domestic and overseas multi-regions.



The Successful Applicant

  1. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in USD fixed income asset management with verifiable track record; independently managed AUM ≥ USD 100 million.
  2. Candidates from in-house corporate treasury / capital team are preferred.
  3. Equity investment experience is NOT required; equity investment is out-of-scope.
