Job Description

  • Engage and manage rail transit industry partners and stakeholders in Southeast Asia.
  • Analyse customer needs, operational pain points, and technical requirements across metro operators, transport ministries, and government agencies.
  • Design professional electromechanical (E&M) and integrated rail system solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct overseas market analysis to identify policies, trends, and emerging customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop, enhance, or integrate advanced solution offerings.
  • Prepare proposal documents, technical solution decks, and pre‑sales materials for multi‑million rail tenders.
  • Deliver clear, customer‑friendly presentations to business and IT leaders.
  • Support solution deployment, localization, and replication across markets.
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive project acquisition and ensure commercial success.
  • Travel frequently within the region to engage customers, conduct workshops, and support on‑site activities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the rail transit industry, preferably within Southeast Asia, and a strong understanding of metro systems, signalling, E&M systems, or integrated rail solutions. They possess solid pre‑sales, bid, or project delivery experience-ideally on multi‑million rail projects-and are comfortable engaging with government agencies, operators, and technical stakeholders.
They combine technical depth with strong communication skills, allowing them to translate complex engineering concepts into customer‑friendly business solutions.
