An exciting opportunity for an experienced international tax professional to take ownership of the global tax agenda within a multinational business operating across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers broad exposure across tax strategy, transfer pricing, compliance, treasury, business partnering and international tax developments, while working closely with senior finance leadership.

Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Group's global tax strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial and financial objectives.
  • Provide tax advisory support on business initiatives, cross-border transactions, financing arrangements, restructurings and strategic projects.
  • Establish and enhance global tax governance frameworks, policies, controls and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Own the Group's transfer pricing framework, including intercompany transactions, documentation requirements and policy implementation.
  • Oversee international tax matters, including withholding taxes, tax treaties, indirect taxes and evolving global tax regulations.
  • Partner closely with Treasury, Finance, Legal and commercial stakeholders on financing structures, cash repatriation and tax-efficient business decisions.
  • Lead tax audits, disputes and risk management activities while maintaining visibility over material tax exposures globally.
  • Monitor OECD, BEPS and Pillar Two developments and drive readiness for future international tax reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law or a related discipline.
  • At least 12+ years of relevant tax experience gained within multinational corporations and/or Big Four environments.
  • Strong knowledge of international corporate tax, transfer pricing, cross-border transactions, tax treaties and indirect taxes.
  • Experience managing tax matters across multiple jurisdictions and engaging with tax authorities, auditors and external advisors.
  • Commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior business leaders.
