About Our Client

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Design Network to lead the strategy and optimisation of end‑to‑end supply chains for all fresh categories including Produce, Meat and Poultry, Seafood, Frozen and Dairy.

Job Description

  • Design fit‑for‑purpose supply chain models for each fresh category to support availability, turnover and waste‑reduction goals.
  • Build an integrated planning framework connecting forecasting, S&OP and replenishment processes.
  • Lead demand forecasting and order planning to balance in‑stock performance with efficient inventory turns.
  • Optimise inventory through analysis of slow‑moving SKUs, dynamic safety stock setting and seasonal adjustments.
  • Implement targeted waste‑reduction strategies for high‑risk categories such as produce, seafood and dairy.
  • Standardise and automate ordering, replenishment and upstream planning workflows.
  • Strengthen supplier‑capacity alignment and collaboration to support demand variability.
  • Lead, coach and develop planning teams across Produce, Meat & Seafood, Dairy and Frozen categories.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain or demand/supply planning functions.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi‑category teams across diverse sales channels.
  • Strong expertise in fresh‑category inventory optimisation and waste‑reduction strategies.
  • Solid background in building S&OP, forecasting and replenishment frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning systems and data analytics tools.
  • Strong category knowledge, including shelf‑life management, seasonal planning and product‑specific handling.
  • Agile, resilient and capable of operating effectively in fast‑moving environments.
