Job Description

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Supporting talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Partnering with operational leaders to address employee-related matters and provide practical HR solutions.
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance processes, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, procedures, and workflow efficiencies.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Supporting future learning, development, and organisational improvement programmes as the business expands.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of HR Generalist experience within retail, consumer, hospitality, or other operationally intensive environments.
  • Proven exposure across recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and workforce administration.
  • Experience partnering closely with frontline or operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement and organisational development initiatives.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced business environment.
