This is a newly created Senior FP&A Analyst position that offers strong exposure to operational stakeholders and business performance management. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and management reporting whilst helping to drive reporting automation and process improvements across the finance function.

Our client is a well-established, player within the industrial and manufacturing sectors, known for its commitment to operational excellence and innovation. With a strong regional presence and a long-standing market reputation, the business is hiring for a new FP&A headcount to strengthen financial reporting, operational visibility, and decision support capabilities.

Job Description

Report to the Finance Director, you will:

  • Support regional financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, performance dashboards and variance analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Partner with operations teams to understand project costs, resource utilisation, productivity metrics and operational drivers
  • Monitor key cost trends and identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost efficiency and business performance
  • Support the preparation of financial presentations, management reporting packs and investor reporting requirements where required
  • Develop and enhance financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Drive reporting improvements through automation initiatives, including the development and implementation of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Participate in finance transformation and process improvement projects aimed at strengthening controls, reporting accuracy and operational visibility



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with at least 5 years of working experience
  • Prior exposure to project-based, engineering, industrial, manufacturing or infrastructure environments will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or other reporting visualisation tools would be highly preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage operational teams and senior management
