Job Description

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for MEP, BMS, security and critical facilities systems across Singapore data centre operations.
  • Drive energy audits, optimisation initiatives, retrofitting projects and financial evaluation of energy-efficiency measures.
  • Lead technical certification programmes, including planning, preparation, coordination and successful certification completion.
  • Oversee procurement, contract management and administration of technical service agreements, renewals and vendor performance.
  • Develop, review and improve engineering policies, maintenance frameworks, procedures and technical work instructions.
  • Partner with project delivery, technology and operations teams to improve maintainability, reliability and build quality.
  • Support customer technical audits, compliance requirements, incident management and technical learning initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in critical facilities, data centre operations, facilities engineering or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP and building facilities systems, including switchgears, UPS, generators, CRAUs and chiller plants.
  • Experience supporting technical certification programmes such as ANSI/TIA-942, Uptime, Green Mark, LEED, ISO or related standards.
  • Good understanding of energy optimisation, sustainability initiatives, maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across operations, engineering, project and vendor teams.
  • Independent, hands-on and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 critical environment.
