About Our Client

A leading technology solutions provider working on prominent IT and software solutions for mission critical projects.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end product and programme delivery, ensuring objectives, scope, timelines, quality, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Develop delivery plans, manage dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Act as the key liaison between business, engineering, project, and operations teams.
  • Drive Agile delivery practices, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor delivery performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Oversee large-scale programmes, governance, release planning, and operational readiness.
  • Manage vendor relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Mentor delivery teams and support resource planning and prioritisation.
  • Perform Scrum Master duties and provide Operations Manager coverage when required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software, project, programme, Agile, or product delivery.
  • Proven track record in Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, Scrum Master, or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, delivery planning, stakeholder management, and risk management.
  • Experience managing end-to-end software delivery, cross-functional teams, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of governance, compliance, and quality requirements within technology environments.



Preferred

  • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PRINCE2, CITPM, or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale or mission-critical programmes.
  • Strong background in release management, operational readiness, and multi-vendor environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Miro, or similar tools.
