Job Description

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing institutional and private wealth distribution clients across Asia.
  • Support business development initiatives to expand the investment solutions and structured products franchise.
  • Facilitate client onboarding and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Execute structured products and OTC derivatives transactions while maintaining adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver market insights, investment ideas and product commentary to clients on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with trading, sales trading and support teams to provide feedback on client activities and market opportunities.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, scalability and risk management capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience within structured products, derivatives sales, investment solutions or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of OTC derivatives and structured investment products.
  • Relevant CMFAS certifications or ability to maintain regulatory licensing requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing institutional, wealth management or distribution clients.
  • Strong relationship management, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive within a dynamic, fast-paced financial markets environment.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded and collaborative team player.
