Job Description

  • Monitor trade lane performance and adjust plans to meet market and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute trade strategies that maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and guide regional trade operations teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to implement trade strategies effectively.
  • Mentor and develop the trade management team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the division in key internal and external meetings as required.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in trade management.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with proven decision making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and perform under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade and market analysis.
  • Proficiency in presentation, communication and analytics tools.
