Job Description

  • Lead and oversee regional tax matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement tax planning initiatives to support business growth while maintaining an efficient tax structure.
  • Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess potential impact on business operations.
  • Provide advisory support on transfer pricing, tax structuring, tax accounting and cross-border transactions.
  • Partner closely with finance, legal and commercial stakeholders on tax-related projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive tax governance, risk management and continuous process improvements across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of international tax experience.
  • Strong expertise in BEPS Pillar 2, transfer pricing and international tax frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex tax compliance, reporting and advisory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across different business functions.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and digital productivity tools.
