Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO, you will drive talent acquisition initiatives and support key people strategies across APAC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, investment, operational, and specialist functions
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
  • Partner closely with business leaders to provide market insights, hiring strategies, and workforce planning recommendations
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen talent attraction channels across the region
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring performance, and implement continuous process improvements
  • Support regional HR initiatives including onboarding, employee engagement, policy enhancement, and HR operations activities



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a consultative manner
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines for niche or specialised roles
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, and data-driven hiring practices
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving environments
  • Exposure to financial services, asset management, investment platforms, family offices, or related industries will be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel periodically within the APAC region
