Job Description

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth across India and Pakistan while managing strategic customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
  • Manage key customer accounts, distributors, and channel partners across the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within targeted industry segments
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management activities
  • Monitor market developments, competitive activity, and customer trends to support strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, account reviews, and market intelligence reports to support regional growth initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of commercial sales experience within chemicals, specialty chemicals, ingredients, oleochemicals, surfactants, industrial chemicals, or related industries
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of distribution management, trading operations, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience managing regional markets across India and familiarity with local market dynamics
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently within a regional portfolio
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience working cross-functionally across supply chain, finance, customer service, and operations teams
  • Comfortable travelling regularly within the assigned territory
