Job Description

  • Develop and execute the organisation's people strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Establish scalable HR operating models, policies, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives across technical, commercial, and corporate functions
  • Design and implement performance management, career development, and succession planning programmes
  • Partner senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives
  • Build competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to attract and retain high-performing talent
  • Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and change management during periods of rapid growth

The Successful Applicant

Degree-qualified with experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related disciplines

8+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to high-growth technology, digital, cloud, AI, software, or startup environments

Proven experience building HR frameworks, processes, and people programmes within scaling organisations

Strong track record in talent acquisition and workforce planning for specialised or hard-to-hire talent populations

Experience partnering closely with founders, executives, or senior leadership teams

Strong understanding of performance management, compensation, organisational development, and employee engagement

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
