As part of the regional finance team, you will partner closely with business leaders across multiple markets, supporting strategic planning, performance management, and commercial initiatives that contribute directly to organisational growth and profitability.

Job Description

  • Partner with regional business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and monthly performance review processes across multiple markets.
  • Deliver robust financial analysis, identify key business drivers, and recommend actions to improve financial outcomes.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and proactively identify risks and opportunities within the business.
  • Support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and commercial initiatives through detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across the region to ensure timely reporting, business transparency, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting effectiveness, business insights, and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Accountant (CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or commercial finance.
  • Experience within multinational organisations and regional business partnering environments.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and business performance management skills.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities with experience using ERP and reporting systems.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial insights effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
