Our client is a well-established multinational corporation (MNC) within the medical device and renal care industry, providing critical, life-sustaining healthcare solutions to patients globally. With a strong presence in dialysis and renal-related technologies, alongside a diversified portfolio of medical devices and healthcare consumables, the organisation operates across multiple international markets with an established regional footprint.

Based in Singapore, this FP&A Analyst role sits within the regional finance team and partners closely with commercial, product, and key commercial stakeholders across the region. The position plays a key role in driving financial performance management, delivering commercial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making, with responsibility for regional P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering activities.

Job Description

  • Support regional FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
  • Deliver monthly sales, margin, and P&L reporting with clear insights and commentary
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors and Product Directors to support pricing, margin, and performance analysis
  • Act as a finance business partner to the CFO and Managing Director, supporting decision‑making and performance reviews
  • Coordinate regional financial snapshot reporting with country finance teams
  • Prepare management presentations for regional leadership meetings
  • Analyse performance by product, customer, and market, identifying trends and risks
  • Support group consolidation and regional reporting processes
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance tracking tools
  • Liaise with regional stakeholders and HQ on reporting requirements
  • Support audit requirements, intercompany pricing analysis, and ad‑hoc commercial projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis
  • Proven experience in a regional or multinational environment
  • Strong business partnering capability with sales, product, and key leadership teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial insights
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with Sales Directors, Product Directors, CFO, and MD
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) advantageous
  • Exposure to complex product-focused industries (sales/trading/distribution) preferred
