You will be responsible for designing and delivering commercial training programs that elevate capabilities across Asia Pacific. You will partner with global and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into impactful learning journeys that drive field performance and customer-centric outcomes.

Job Description

  • Translate global commercial strategies into regional learning frameworks, curricula and capability-building initiatives
  • Adapt and implement training programs to upskill sales and customer-facing teams across the Asia Pacific region
  • Partner with key stakeholders to assess capability gaps and identify development priorities
  • Create and deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, including virtual and face-to-face sessions
  • Ensure training initiatives are closely aligned with business goals and contribute to measurable improvements in field performance
  • Reinforce learning through follow-up activities to drive practical application and sustained behavioral change
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution of programs
  • Monitor training participation, maintain accurate records, and evaluate effectiveness through data and feedback
  • Continuously refine content, tools, and delivery methods to enhance learner engagement and overall impact

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Education or related discipline
  • Experience in commercial training, L&D, or commercial excellence within healthcare/pharma
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and field execution
  • Proven experience managing regional or global training programs in a matrix environment
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate strategy into actionable learning interventions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Additional Asian language skills are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required
