Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support to regional business units across ASEAN
  • Draft, review and negotiate construction and commercial contracts
  • Identify legal and contractual risks and propose practical mitigation strategies
  • Support dispute management and recommend appropriate legal approaches
  • Partner internal stakeholders on legal, compliance and governance matters
  • Contribute to contract management frameworks, templates and policies
  • Support regional legal initiatives, training and knowledge sharing

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Assistant Manager, Legal, should have:

  • A recognised degree in law or equivalent qualification.
  • Over 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal roles
  • Strong hands‑on experience with construction contracts and related matters
  • Proven ability to manage legal risk in project‑based environments
  • Strong drafting, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian jurisdictions
