Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page, you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from acquiring and nurturing high-value clients to securing placements across diverse industries.
  • Build and deepen strategic client relationships, providing consultative advice to address their hiring needs effectively.

  • Proactively identify and act on business development opportunities by growing existing accounts and cultivating new client partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant - Legal (Private Practice) should have:

  • A strong understanding of the legal sector, particularly within private practice.
