Job Description

  • Lead and manage all plant-level quality assurance and control activities
  • Develop and drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned to global standards
  • Oversee internal and external audits (ISO, API and customer audits)
  • Manage quality performance reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
  • Drive supplier quality management, audits, and performance improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent quality standards across operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a plant setting
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and API audit processes
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams
