This position will work closely with the Asset Management team to lead and manage development and redevelopment projects across the company's real estate portfolio. The portfolio may include commercial, retail, residential, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use assets. You will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from feasibility, design development, procurement, construction, and handover.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across new developments, redevelopment, asset enhancement, and existing asset improvement works.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and overall execution standards to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Asset Management, HQ, business units, and external consultants to define project scope, objectives, risks, and delivery strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
  • Drive design development from feasibility studies through to execution, ensuring alignment with asset strategy, operational needs, and commercial objectives.
  • Review planning efficiency, including net lettable area / saleable area optimisation, buildability, cost efficiency, and long-term asset value.
  • Manage authority submissions, regulatory requirements, corporate approval processes, procurement procedures, and internal governance requirements.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure competitive pricing, suitable consultant / contractor selection, and proper contract administration.
  • Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, variation orders, claims, payment certification, and project cost control.
  • Monitor site progress, construction quality, safety performance, cost movement, and project risks through regular reporting and site reviews.
  • Identify project risks early and implement practical mitigation plans to manage delays, cost overruns, technical issues, and stakeholder challenges.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate development, project management, construction management, or full-cycle project delivery.
  • Strong experience across the full development lifecycle, including feasibility, design management, project administration, procurement, site execution, handover, and close-out.
  • Experience in integrated development, mixed-use, commercial projects will be highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience working on the developer, owner, landlord, asset owner, or client-side platform will be preferred.
