Job Description

  • Develop and implement standardized global engineering processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Lead process engineering initiatives in collaboration with mechanical, electrical, and automation teams.
  • Optimize performance through data-driven approaches such as Lean methodologies.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex technical challenges and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to align large-scale projects with strategic goals, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Design the framework for a global process engineering function and offshore collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Process Engineer Manager should have:

  • Experienced process engineer with strong leadership capabilities.
