This role is responsible for driving production and material planning, inventory management, demand planning and cross-functional alignment to meet delivery, financial and operational goals. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across diverse business divisions.

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day planning activities, set clear objectives and ensure alignment with site and regional goals.
  • Collaborate with planning, procurement, customer service and sales to forecast, allocate constrained materials, minimize excess inventory, achieve DIFOT targets and drive S&OP.
  • Handle escalations related to production and raw material planning, making critical decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team management and coach team members, conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings, review metrics and align with manufacturing, R&D and commercial teams on innovation and operational priorities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimally 5 years experience in end-to-planning in FMCG MNC environment.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong process driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and ability to resolve complex issues independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and planning tools; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data sensitivity.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels.
  • Experience in people development, coaching and managing complexity.
