Job Description

  • Identify and source new product lines and strategic supplier partnerships
  • Build and manage a pipeline of manufacturers and solution providers
  • Evaluate and onboard partners aligned with commercial and regulatory standards
  • Lead commercial negotiations and maintain long-term supplier relationships
  • Drive portfolio expansion by identifying new market segments and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams
  • Present market insights and business cases to senior leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, sourcing or business development
  • Strong track record in supplier sourcing, vendor management, or partnerships
  • Experience within medical consumables or healthcare-related product categories is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of regulatory, quality and product lifecycle processes
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new business initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
