Job Description

  • Oversee profitability and continuous development of healthcare logistics operations
  • Define, monitor and enforce operational KPIs and budget targets
  • Analyse cost structures and implement improvement initiatives
  • Provide strategic leadership in product development, resource utilisation and branch organisation
  • Drive implementation and localisation of key programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with service quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, addressing inquiries and complaints
  • Support business development through pricing strategies, market analysis, and tender responses
  • Conduct client visits locally and internationally to strengthen partnerships
  • Champion process optimisation and cost management for operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale logistics operations, ideally within healthcare or other highly regulated industries
  • A strong ability to lead and manage large-scale operations efficiently
  • Strong ability to drive operational excellence, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Skilled in budgeting, pricing strategies, and responding to RFIs/RFQs and tenders
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards in Singapore
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
