Job Description

  • Manage network changes, implementations, and upgrades across LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and security environments.
  • Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and deliver timely resolution of connectivity and service issues.
  • Support infrastructure security through firewall administration, access control management, patching, and compliance activities.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, operational procedures, topology diagrams, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to deliver infrastructure enhancements and business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and network security technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across network connectivity and performance issues.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, VPNs, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders while managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
