Job Description

    • Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, WAN, firewall, load balancing, and network security platforms.
    • Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and work with technology vendors to resolve critical issues.
    • Plan, implement, and validate infrastructure changes, upgrades, and life cycle activities while ensuring service stability and compliance.
    • Maintain network documentation, operational standards, and security controls while supporting infrastructure and transformation projects.



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience supporting enterprise network environments with strong troubleshooting capabilities across routing, switching, and TCP/IP networking.
  • Hands-on exposure to Cisco technologies, including routers, switches, VLANs, STP, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Working knowledge of firewall administration, VPN technologies, ACLs, network security controls, and access management.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as F5, Check Point, NAC, load balancing, or related enterprise networking technologies.
