As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Manager, FP&A & Corporate Development to support both financial performance management and corporate development initiatives.

Job Description

Reporting to the regional finance leadership team, you will play a dual role across FP&A and M&A initiatives, driving financial planning processes while supporting strategic investment and transaction activities across the Group.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the Group
  • Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
  • Prepare clear and concise management reports for senior leadership and investors



Commercial Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with Business Unit leaders and functional heads to support financial planning and performance management
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability
  • Translate complex financial data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders



Forecasting & Long-Term Planning

  • Lead revenue and cost forecasting, incorporating both market trends and internal business drivers
  • Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives and changing operating conditions
  • Support long-term planning, budgeting alignment and performance tracking



M&A and Corporate Finance

  • Support end-to-end M&A activities, including both buy-side and potential sell-side transactions
  • Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis and synergy assessments
  • Build and review financial models to support investment decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transaction execution



Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency
  • Contribute to building scalable and best-in-class FP&A frameworks
  • Leverage financial systems, data tools and automation to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or M&A
  • Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of financial statements
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
  • Experience leveraging data tools or automation to improve reporting and analysis is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required
