Job Description

  • Support the planning, specification, and procurement of medical equipment, non-medical equipment, and furniture for campus development projects.
  • Facilitate user workgroups by coordinating meetings, managing stakeholder engagement activities, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and cost control to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
  • Work closely with end users and stakeholders to develop equipment and furniture specifications for tender exercises.
  • Review tender submissions and provide recommendations based on technical compliance and operational requirements.
  • Monitor healthcare planning trends and emerging developments to support future-focused campus planning initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualification in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management, planning, procurement, healthcare operations, or related fields.
  • Healthcare industry experience will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and supporting complex transformation projects.
  • Strong team player who can effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
  • Interest in technology and innovation within healthcare environments.
