Job Description

  • Identify and secure prospective tenants to ensure maximum occupancy of retail spaces.
  • Negotiate lease terms and prepare tenancy agreements in compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct market research to keep track of industry trends and rental benchmarks.
  • Manage relationships with tenants, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and tenant fit-out processes.
  • Prepare leasing reports and provide updates on occupancy rates and market conditions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leasing Executive (Retail) should have:

  • A diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the retail property sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
