About Our Client

Our client is an established financial services business with a growing digital platform presence in Singapore. The firm is continuing to invest in its client lifecycle, onboarding, and control capabilities as it expands its platform offering. They are looking for a commercially aware and detail-oriented KYC Manager who can combine strong execution with sound judgement, stakeholder management, and a clear understanding of regulatory expectations.

Job Description

  • Oversee client onboarding and periodic review activities, ensuring KYC requirements are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Perform quality and control reviews across onboarding and refresh cases, identifying gaps and supporting remediation where needed.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on client lifecycle matters, documentation issues, escalations, and ongoing due diligence requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, policy and procedure enhancements, and the strengthening of internal governance and controls.
  • Maintain KYC-related logs, records, and documentation, while contributing to ad hoc projects and broader team priorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or periodic review within a brokerage, securities, banking, or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, source of wealth/funds reviews, and AML/CFT requirements.
  • Prior experience in an online brokerage, investment platform, wealth platform, or trading-related environment would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, compliance, operations, and onboarding teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the maturity to handle complex cases, control issues, and competing priorities at a manager level.
