The incumbent will be part of the technical support team, responsible for supporting the first and second level of support to the end clients. He/she will be responsible for supporting the networks, system implementation and software in the maritime industry.

We are partnering with a well-established global MNC organisation in the shipping maritime industry, headquartered in Norway.

Job Description

  • Able to provide first and second level of technical support of the software and services to our customers through phone and email.
  • To be able to work closely with the team in Singapore and Norway as part of the global technical support service
  • To collaborate internally on projects and special deliveries

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical support roles
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting in networking, operating systems, hardware
  • Has experience working cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Experience with maritime satellite communication and shipping industry is an advantage
