Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate IT programme management activities within the transport & distribution sector.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the technology department.
  • Maintain and update programme documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Assist in resource allocation and budgeting for IT projects.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to relevant teams and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Programme Management - PMO should have:

  • Proven experience in IT programme management or PMO roles, ideally within the transport & distribution industry.
  • A solid understanding of technology processes and project management methodologies.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software.
