Job Description

  • Provide HR advisory to portfolio companies across varying growth stages
  • Partner with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies
  • Drive organisational design, talent planning, and workforce optimisation
  • Support change management and transformation initiatives
  • Develop HR frameworks, policies, and scalable operating models
  • Coach business leaders on HR best practices and people-related challenges
  • Collaborate with internal investment and operating teams on value creation plans

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally spanning consulting and in-house roles
  • Exposure to private equity, portfolio management, or advisory environments
  • Strong experience in fast-paced, high-growth or transformation settings
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Solid foundation in organisational design, talent strategy, and change management
  • Commercial mindset with ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes
