This is a newly created role responsible for building and scaling the operations and growth engine of a Web3 wallet, cards and payments business. Reporting to a senior payments leader with deep experience across traditional and crypto payments, you will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, execution and team capability from an early stage.

Job Description

  • Own and execute the business operations and growth strategy for a Web3 wallet, cards and payments platform
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing operations team, setting clear objectives and execution priorities
  • Drive growth of card‑based payment solutions, including merchant use cases, spending scenarios and transaction volumes
  • Lead go‑to‑market and lifecycle strategies for digital asset, yield and wealth-related products
  • Establish data frameworks to monitor performance, user behaviour and commercial outcomes
  • Manage ecosystem partnerships across payments, fintech and Web3 stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with product, technology, compliance and risk teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, digital assets or financial services
  • Proven background in business operations, commercial strategy or growth roles
  • Hands-on exposure to Web3, crypto wallets or digital payment platforms
  • Experience in leading and developing small to mid-sized teams
  • Strong understanding of both traditional financial services and emerging crypto/Web3 business models
  • Track record of driving execution through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership
