Job Description

  • Develop and execute a global communications and reputation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead relationships with leading international business, financial and industry media.
  • Build and manage an effective reputation monitoring and crisis response framework.
  • Partner with senior executives on media engagements, speaking opportunities and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Drive high-impact corporate announcements, product launches, industry events and research publications.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with key industry organisations, conferences and influential stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications activities across international markets, ensuring consistency while supporting local market requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of public relations, corporate communications or reputation management experience.
  • Proven track record leading regional or global communications initiatives within financial services, fintech, investment, consulting or other regulated industries.
  • Experience managing complex reputation challenges and crisis communications.
  • Strong network across business, financial and industry media landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
  • Experience building communication strategies that support business growth, market expansion and corporate positioning.
  • Strong analytical approach to media monitoring, reputation intelligence and risk assessment.
  • Exposure to international markets and cross-functional stakeholder management.
