Job Description

  • Develop and execute global partnership strategies across financial services, fintech, digital platforms and industry ecosystems.
  • Identify, engage and manage strategic partners including media platforms, financial institutions, fintech companies, industry communities and commercial partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering partnership structures, pricing, contractual agreements and long-term strategic collaborations.
  • Build and maintain a robust network of partners, suppliers and strategic stakeholders across priority markets.
  • Evaluate partnership effectiveness, ROI and commercial value to optimise investment decisions and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to strengthen local partnership networks, resource management and best practice sharing.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in driving cross-border business development initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships or alliance management within fintech, financial services, payments, financial markets or related sectors.
  • Experience developing and managing regional or global partnership ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in negotiating complex partnership agreements.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across international markets and cultures.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, fintech ecosystems and partnership-led growth models.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial opportunities, partnerships and investment returns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Singapore-based professional with regional or international market exposure.
