The organisation offers exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the continued growth of its investment platform.Job DescriptionLead the preparation and review of fund financial statements and periodic reporting deliverablesOversee capital call, distribution and liquidity management processes across multiple investment vehiclesCoordinate annual audits and manage relationships with external fund administrators, auditors and service providersSupport investment transactions, fund launches, restructurings and other strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with Cayman Islands fund requirements and Singapore regulatory obligationsPrepare investor reporting, fund performance analysis and ad hoc management reportingPartner with investment, investor relations and regional finance teams to drive operational excellence and governance standardsThe Successful ApplicantDegree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a recognised accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)7+ years of experience within private equity, alternatives fund accounting, fund operations or fund financeStrong understanding of closed-end fund structures, including capital calls, distributions, capital allocations and waterfall calculationsExperience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAPWorking knowledge of Cayman fund structures and Singapore fund management regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage audits, regulatory filings and investor reporting processesTrack record of leading projects, driving operational improvements and managing stakeholder relationshipsPrior experience within a private equity manager, alternative asset manager or fund administration environment would be advantageousWhat's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to join a reputable and growing private markets platform in a highly visible position reporting directly to senior finance leadership.
