Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement financial and operational risk frameworks across Southeast Asia markets
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and group policies
  • Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks and opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse market conditions to identify potential financial threats or opportunities
  • Maintain-up to-date knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements and best practices
  • Provide training and guidance to business teams and operations on risk management processes and policies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least 8 years of experience in audit, controls and risk management functions.
  • Exposure to construction equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial equipment or related sectors is advantageous.
  • Ability to develop risk management frameworks from the ground up and confidently present strategic road maps to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills with the ability to work across a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (approximately 60-70% of the time).
