The team offers a collaborative and professional environment where finance plays a central role in supporting investment decisions, preserving wealth and enabling long-term growth.Job DescriptionLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities and investment structures.Produce consolidated management reporting packs, including financial statements, cash flow analysis and business performance commentary.Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations and reporting processes within Xero.Oversee investment accounting activities, including portfolio tracking, valuations, investment income and performance reporting.Monitor liquidity, treasury activities and foreign exchange exposures across global accounts and currencies.Support budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit requirements.Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights relating to net worth, investment performance, cash positions and strategic financial matters.The Successful ApplicantDegree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.CA, CPA or ACCA qualification, either completed or in progress.At least 8 years of accounting or finance experience within investment, wealth management, fund management, family office or multi-entity environments.Strong experience preparing consolidated financial statements and management reporting.Hands-on expertise with Xero is essential.Proficient in advanced Excel modelling, reporting and financial analysis.Strong understanding of investment accounting, treasury management and foreign exchange accounting.Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards, statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements.What's on OfferThis opportunity offers direct exposure to sophisticated investment structures and senior decision makers within a growing private investment environment.
