This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of the full finance function within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead regional accounting activities, drive group consolidation, strengthen financial controls and support strategic business growth.

Our client is a fast-growing technology company operating within the SaaS and fraud prevention space. The business provides enterprise solutions that help organisations enhance trust, manage risk and improve digital transaction security globally.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the end-to-end finance and accounting function across multiple international entities
  • Managing month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting activities
  • Preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring reporting accuracy across Singapore, India, UK and US operations
  • Leading and mentoring a regional finance team comprising senior accounting professionals
  • Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures
  • Partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business performance initiatives
  • Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, service providers and key vendors while driving cost optimisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
  • CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
  • 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
  • Proven experience managing full-spectrum accounting and finance operations
  • Strong group consolidation experience across multiple legal entities
  • Prior experience leading and developing finance teams
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech or payments environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel skills
  • Understanding of multi-country accounting environments, including India operations
  • Exposure to audit, financial controls and corporate governance practices
