Our client is an established organisation operating in a dynamic business environment across Asia. As the company continues to evolve and strengthen its commercial performance, it is seeking a hands-on finance professional to provide leadership, financial stewardship, and operational support.

Job Description

  • Lead the full spectrum of finance activities, including financial reporting, month-end close, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.
  • Deliver management reporting, financial analysis, and actionable recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards while supporting regional reporting requirements.
  • Drive finance process enhancements, controls, and system improvement initiatives to support business transformation objectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders on pricing, cost management, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to finance and cross-functional team members while promoting strong financial governance.
  • Oversee selected administrative and HR-related processes, including payroll coordination, employee lifecycle support, and regulatory compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including managerial responsibilities within a Singapore-based business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, local taxation, compliance requirements, budgeting, and business partnering.
  • Experience working with lean teams and managing stakeholders across different functions and reporting lines.
  • Commercially minded, resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of driving change in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior management.
