Job Description

  • Manage daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Implement and monitor production plans to meet organisational goals and customer requirements.
  • Oversee quality control processes to maintain high product standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the factory.
  • Monitor and manage factory budgets, costs, and resources effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction materials environment, with direct involvement in plant operations and minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Hands-on experience managing daily production activities, including manpower planning, shift coordination, and output tracking.
  • Good working knowledge of construction materials and production processes.
  • Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and able to enforce compliance on the factory.
  • Experience working with maintenance teams to manage breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
  • Able to troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical corrective actions.
