We are looking for a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager to lead online sales across brand.com and key marketplaces. This role will focus on revenue growth, digital performance, and optimising the end-to-end customer journey.

Job Description

  • Own and drive ecommerce revenue across brand.com and marketplaces
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and AOV
  • Manage online merchandising, pricing, promotions, and product launches
  • Optimise customer journey and UX to improve conversion rates
  • Analyse performance metrics (traffic, ROI, CAC, LTV) and provide data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with marketing on paid media, CRM, and campaign strategies
  • Manage marketplace relationships, performance marketing, and visibility tools
  • Oversee inventory planning and stock availability for online channels
  • Lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, IT, and operations
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital sales, or online retail
  • Proven track record in growing revenue on brand.com and marketplaces
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing (performance ads, SEO, CRM)
  • Strong stakeholder management and project ownership skills
  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is a plus
